Learn How to Visit for the Day

Your safety and the safety of your children is important to us, which is why we ask for observance of the following policies:

• Guests ages 19+ are required to show photo ID* when purchasing a pass for themselves or a child
  • Children 11 and under must be checked into the facility by a parent, adult guardian, or family member 16 years or older (attending party) and the attending party must remain on the Kroc grounds while the youth is on site.
  • If not in the physical company of the attending party the youth must be checked in to The KidZone or The Loft as appropriate.
  • Youth checked into these spaces may be taken to other program spaces/activities while under the supervision of Kroc staff.
  • Youth may not move about the building, or between program spaces without an attending party or Kroc staff.
  • Teens aged 12 – 15 years must be wrist banded upon entry into the building and keep the wrist band on during their entire stay in the center.
  • Teens aged 12 – 15 years have free roam of the program and open spaces of the center, except as excluded in the are specific guidelines.
• Adults will be referenced via public sources to help determine whether a guest may pose unreasonable harm to our patrons, staff or visitors.
• Day Passes are non-refundable once purchased.
